Hey Rob- The Suburu conversion is somewhat popular with the Type 2 crowd. Do a search around on the 'net and you can probably find a few sites with lots of pictures. One problem I know of is the oil pan - it drops down, taking some ground clearance. This *might* be an issue with the T3... Anyway, go here http://www.kennedyeng.com/ and call them. Anytime VW and engine conversion go together, they must be called.
