Unless there's documentation for a body-off job, there's no such thing as rust-free...unless they meant that they aren't charging you extra for the included rust ;) Sorry to hear about all the rust. At least the car will be in better condition than when you bought it. Get an URL up so we can see your web page and images (once you've uploaded 'em). Don't pour anything into your outside fresh air vent! The liquid will NOT go into the fresh air system, it will instead be diverted into the drain tubes! How do I know? Well, if you open my trunk, remove the pretty trunk liner in front of the air plenum, you will see a nice, rusted out band that allows a pretty decent view of the inside of the upper chamber :( The upper chamber, where the fresh air comes in, has a very short funnel, somewhat like a velocity stack on a carburetor. This funnel is where the very, very light stuff we call "air" comes in to the cabin. Now, that heavier stuff we call "water, leaves, bugs, etc." is directed forward where upon it then hits the drain ports and finds its way under the car. Right now my rust has been terminated by a liberal application of Corroless (basically the same stuff as POR-15) but repair is gonna be more intense and thus is on hold. I would recommend getting a couple different sized paint brushes and coat everything you can (that's metal). Besides, unless you can tilt and roll the car, pouring anything into the fresh air system would just coat a small portion of it.
