It sounds like more than a choke problem if you are having problems just getting
it started without chokes..........  I ran my 71 square with duals, at
freezing/bellow freezing temps without chokes and it started fine..  had to
feather the throttle for about 30 seconds or so at startup, but it always started
without starting fluid (which is REALLY bad for the bearings when used........)
