Standard Bosch 12V will do (£6 or less?). The housing is different, but not in any way that matters to anyone apart from a concours judge! Make sure it has two connections, rather than earths by clamping on. The horn is held live and the return is earthed by the horn bar to the steering box/axle. You may get the horn working again with some dismantling if you want to be bothered to drill out rivets and replace. There is a make and break mechanism that vibrates the diaphragm; the contacts can get dirty and stop it working. It's pretty robust. Adjustment might do the trick too; there's a seal that needs chipping off. Just check it across the battery before doing any dismantling. The extra kick may clean it up enough to work, and if not will confirm it's faulty. In my experience it's more usually a fault in the circuit - corroded fuse, poor earth return path (link across the rubber steering coupling, which must join the column and the steering box) or bad contact between leaf spring and back of the steering wheel.
