[T3] It's finally time for the Big One!

Hey everyone, I'm finally getting back in the mix again. My whole life has
been "off topic" as Greg would say for the last year ++ or so. I took a year
to study for a promotional exam at work, took the test and made lieutenant,
spent 6 months catching up on the "honey-do" list for my dear understanding
family and now it's time to finally do the rebuild on my Notch that I've
always meant to do. Poking around recently, I've found alot of cancer under
the fenders and in the pan, I guess I'll have to fudge some Ghia pans into
place. Definitely need two heater channels, but some of the other areas are
going to be one off fabrications (rear window tray, inner rear fender,
etc.). I'll have stripped everything off in the next week or so, does anyone
have a tried and/or true sequence for doing a rust-eration? Pulling it off
the pan isn't really in the cards, although I'd like to. Is there a good way
to go about this that anyone can recommend-side to side, front to back, top
to bottom, easiest to hardest? I have an idea on how to replace the heater
channels (what ever you do, don't open the doors with the channels off! or
words to that effect) but beyond that, I'm open for suggestions. Thanks in
advance,
David Walters
