The 69 and 71 FI distributors are pretty much alike, as long as they are both from MT cars, or both from ATs. I like the L distributor the best, but there is little difference. The Bentley manual shows all the advance curves. The M FI dist is different inside. It should work fine, but it is a little more complicated and I don't know why they made that particular version different from all the rest. This is not a common version, however, but it was used in 69. Yes, I can rebuild any of these if they need it.
