	Actually, the main goal of this is universal readability -- the
only e-mail format that is absolutely guaranteed to be readable by anybody,
using any e-mail client, on any operating system, on any age computer, is
plain text.  (The size issue is secondary.)  Anybody, anywhere who loves
Type IIIs and has access an Internet-capable computer should not be
prevented from reading the list due to mail format issues.

	Thanks for pointing this out, Jim.  I'll look to see how these
recent messages slipped through the filter.
