I don't think these will make too much cooling difference, but they 
are still good to have to keep dirt out. I may have a couple of not-
too-ratty used ones.

Fuel pressure should not change, but you should ALWAYS do 
frequent valve clearance checks after a rebuild. There is almost 
always some break-in which will close up this clearance, and this 
is a critical adjustment.

I would typically do a valve check after the first engine run, again 
after 100-300 miles, and then another at 1000-1500 miles. While I 
usually find most of the valves to be okay at these checks, there 
are often 1 or 2 which need a bit of a tweak.
