[T3] Betabel update.

Hello all!

Well, I took Betty for her first ride in town today.. Went to the DMV and
got the red tape started. Temp tags, vehicle verification (yes, it is a
vehicle, DMV guy)  He was having a hard time reading the VIN #  under the
rear seat. He wouldn't let me read it to him "cause I could be making it
up", he said. I felt like smacking him. But, with a little street dust
rubbed in for contrast, he finally passed me. Good grief.

    So, I realized by the 10 mile ride, that my right rear brake is
sticking, But I dropped her off to Firestone, around the corner, for 4 new
tires, and they will adjust the brakes for me. (yeah, I know, wimpy, but
what the hay...)

But the big news here is:   My right rear tire is the original spare!!!!!!!!
Wow! its a bit crackly, but holds air and has plenty of tread, so I'm
keeping it! Whoo - hoo!

Over-all she ran okay... considering she was limping on that dragging
brake...

So far, so good...
