[T3] Editing list postings

Just a reminder that we all need to edit the amount of quoted back 
verbage we post to the list. I've noticed that many of the recent 
posts tend to have quite a bit more than necessary. For some reason, 
this seems to be more prevalent in posts where the new part of the 
message is at the top, as if the quoted part of the message, which 
probably trailed off the bottom of the screen, could be ignored.
