A T4 oil cooler will help cool the oil more but it's not enough.  A Mesa
cooler is the best available -- tube-and-fin style oil coolers are often
used only because they're cheap (in every sense of the word in my opinion).
Compression will affect engine temp and power.  A low compression engine
mated with a turbo will not be cooler.  Static compression may be lower but
once the turbo kicks in compression is effectively raised.
