It just depends on the part, really.  Most of the stuff is the same, though.
Apart from the actual FI or carb components, I'm having a job to think of
anything that isn't the same.  The fuel tank is different, the chassis has
two fuel lines, a bigger battery was specified,  ummm.  There are some
engine internals with slight differences, but they can both work with either
system attached.  Distributors are different (advance curves and trigger
points or not, eg).
