Try unhooking the carb linkage, and accelerating 1 carb at a time. See if
both carbs are working. If you have spark, then the problem should be fuel
or compression.
Also, check the resistance of the plug wires with an ohm/multimeter. They
should all be equal at about 1500-2000 ohms. The rotor should measure about
3000-5000 ohms. The wire from the coil to the distributor cap should be 0
resistance.
