RE: [T3] I put a Subaru 2.2L Legacy engine in my '68 Squareback



Just finished reading the conversion document.  The alternate solution about
the carb is a worse-case example.  A stock, mechanical fuel pump and either
Baby Dells, stock Solex or smaller Webers will all fit under the deck lid
and cost a little less.  It's just that they're a pain to tune.

I believe you can get a shorter oil pan, I think Brian F. once said from a
rally or race Subaru.  Brian?  This would give you a safer margin of ground
clearance, particularly when loaded up with gear.
