[T3] Timing ? , was: BAD bad problem (long)

Hello all,

 Well I removed my distributor today and took out the trigger contacts. They
were nasty filthy, So I cleaned them and put on a new condenser as the old
one had a wire that looked as if it had been cooked at one time. I put the
timing close and gave it a shot, It started but the timing is definately
off.   I know I should consult my bently but like a smart person I left it
in the bus back in Charlotte.  Sooooo,  My question is what mark should I
use to set the timing?  It is a 71 fasty  and there ar ethe 3 lines close to
geather and a line off to the left.
