This is my problem too. I have replaced my outer window rubber only (because 
the screws were stripped and I couldn't get them out) But I can't get the 
rubber itself back on the window! How do you do it? Is there a trick? Heat 
it? Soapy water? Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.
