Most likely an ignition problem - maybe the reason you needed new plugs?
Points OK?  Dry black sooty deposit or oily?     Could be a choked
air-cleaner.
Of course, it could be the FI system, I suppose.  Check the hose from the
intake air distributor to pressure sensor (air leak) or voltage regulator
not putting out enough (about 14V at the battery or so when running
briskly).
