Andy Russo is the guy who ran the Australian Type 3 Register a couple of
years ago.  I expect he has an address list somewhere.  The last contact I
had with him his e-mail was andy@macquarie.matra.com.au . There was also a
website
http://macquarie.matra.com.au/~vwtype3 .  Andy is/was in A.C.T (if the name
hasn't been changed in anticipation!).
