<What's the condition of your wiring harness 

old and ripped up and partially replaced and 
rewired and improvised?

<You don't mention the front parking lights -- are they on or off?
<What about high beams? Does your horn work?

The front parking lights do come on and so do the tail lights, the turn 
signals also work. The high beam switch on the the turn signal thing is broke 
so, no my high beams dont work. The horn was disconnected by the PO (same 
idiot that hacked the wiring to put in electric windows/sunroof and soelinoid 
in the passenger door)

<The headlight relay, which is the switch that actually turns your 
<headlights on, is in the front of the car, next to the horn relay (they 
<may look the same). 

Where in the front?
