the 65 and earlier doors had 3 bolts, and a completely different hinge than 
the 66 and later 2 bolt hinge doors. Not sure about the hex vs. phillips 
debate, but I know my 65 has hex and the set of doors I pulled off a 66 
square had phillips. To loosen the hex head bolts, I doused the buggers in 
WD-40, pressed the hex key in the slot very tightly, slid a piece of 1/2 
meter long pipe over the end and turned, being sure to hold the allen key in 
it's place. This worked quite well, made some hair raising creaking noises 
and even threw some sparks. Very cool indeed. Bolts were soaked in WD-40 in a 
jar then re-used. Good luck.
