red interiors are easily done with bulk material from an upolsterer's shop!  I did it in a square and the material was a
whopping 40 bucks.  Then, as John suggests, dye the dash pad.  Also, a camel carpet in a silver car with red interior,
as a 50s bug, is awesome!!!!  I am going with the silver/blue/camel in my ride...
