Start by verifying that you actually have spark. The easiest way to
do this is to use an inductive timing light: This will only flash if
current flows thru the plug wire it is clipped around. Verify that
each plug wire causes the light to flash.
If this works, get in the car and turn the key ON. You should hear a
relay click, and then another click ~1 second later. Do you hear
these?
If so, go to the engine compartment and press down the throttle with
the key ON. You should hear a series of quiet clicks (these are some
of the injectors firing.) Do you hear these clicks?
