[T3] A/C on VWs

I wouldn't have A/C on a VW on a bet, especially the type 3. It adds too
much extra reciprocating load to the engine, and too much overhanging weight
on the end of the crankshaft. If the pulley and spacers are not properly
installed, you can ruin a crankshaft and a case. That rear bearing is not
designed for that kind of load.
