[T3] Molding Clips & Seat belts

Does anyone know where I can get the molding clips for molding that runs
along the rocker panels and bottom of fenders? I can find the smaller ones
for the upper moldings but these are larger. A couple of places I have
checked do not have them and where I bought the moldings did not have them
either. I was told that some clips for Beetles would work,but don't know
what that would be. I also need a passenger side seat belt for 70 Fastback,
anybody got a good used one for sale?. Would I be better off to buy new
aftermarket ones?  Thanks
