Hi All,

Now I don't know anyone there at Cali, but I see a GRAVE error in
their catalogue on the heaterbox section.

(I LOVE my T1 connection...)  ; )

They list the heaterbox as available in left version and right
version to fit 1961 through 1974

First of all... 74???

Second, a heaterbox from a 62 will not work on a 65 much less 73.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't 65 when they changed the control
flap from on the car body to on the heaterbox?!?!?

Their illustration is faulty in that it shows the left version on the
right side also, so I can't tell by the illustration... Where is
the control lever???

To put the wrong year heaterbox on your T-3 is just as usefull as
putting "J" tubes on. The heater won't work...

So, my question would be... "What year IS it for?"

</rant mode>

Big Al
