Re: [T3] lowering front suspension

Hi, a while back I was in the same situation , here's what I learned:
It isn't hard if everything goes well, like anything ever does :>}
raise the entire front end by lifting it with a jack in the middle of the
suspension, support it with some stilts and start taking it apart. Then
start working one side at a time - important - don't forget to mark the
lower arm and torsion bar so you know where you started from, Don't mess
with the upper arm, I lowered mine Two splines but it was siting on the
rubbers - lower it one !
If you lower definitely get the rubbers.
If all goes well , mine didn't , it should take you about two hours max.
Don't forget to disconnect the tie-rods at the spindle and loosen the ball
joints on top 30mm ? so that they stay on the spindle-break assy', it's a
lot easier that way.
Also don't forget to loosen the lower retaining lock nut 19mm and the upper
hook 15mm.

Hope this helps
