    Thanks everyone on zeroing in on these parts.  What should I do for the
balance pipes?  Do I want to balance the upper end by using the former vacuum
take off hoses, or redrill out the welded inlets holes near the bottom end?
This beg's the question:  what the heck do balance pipes do?
