It seems to be able to float > in all directions ie up down and forward back. The main thing you should probably do is check the fluid level in the final drive. This is not the same as the ATF, but must be checked from below. The fluid is gear lube meeting GL-5 standards. It is rather common for this fluid to never be checked because people don't know that it is there. Full directions in your manual.
