[T3] Dual carbs and your dizzy

Remember this all dual carb owners:  the vacuum advance dizzy is the
best for economy, the 009 is best for large exhaust/big valve engines
for performance and the 050 is the best for performance/economy
balance.  And, the 050 doesn't have a 'flat spot' like the 009.
