Charlie,

Drove my car to work, and we got a heavy downpour. I drove thru about
6-8 inches of water at one point to get home. Very warm, and obviously
tons of humidity. Got up the next day, moved my truck and hopped into
the Square. Released the brake, let the clutch out and the back end
started lifting up. Really scared me for a minute! Got out, made sure
no cats (darn!) or blocks (didn't work on it, rained...) were behind the
rear wheels. So, I got out a honkin crescent wrench and tapped on the
drums a few times. Got back in, tried it again, and finally they popped
loose. Quite loud, too. Sounded like something broke, but I tested the
brakes on my street and they seemed fine. No probs since then. Now
when it rains, I just leave it in gear and don't set the brake.
