Finally got an opportunity to install my Bilistein shocks on the rear of my car! The p=8²Ò shocks were a pair of "Kick Your Butt" gas adjust. What a difference! The new shocks actually absorb the bumps...Even speed bumps are easier. As to cornering, they are great too. The secret is the way they load up, they are softer for the first 2 inches of travel then they stiffen up like the KYBs start out. I am very happy with my new addition!!! Also, on the issue of new rubber vs. stainless brake lines. I have use both extensively in both car and motorcyle applications and the stainless lines have always out performed the rubber lines. However...for everyday, non-aggressive driving, the new rubber lines are just what you need. I tend to push hard in the turns and in the hills, so I use the stainless, but they aren't necessary for my trips to the store.
