Pretty big lump, by my reckoning. Points are definitely Bosch and I presume
the condenser is too, it came w/your dist., Jim

I cant tell if its causing me problems but I definitely wind up w/ the
dwell angle opening up as high as 60 on a regular basis. It seems I have to
correct it every two weeks.
I tried screwing the points down looser, tighter, grease, etc. I just
thought this might be contributing to the problem.
Maybe I am just getting too picky but this ignition is driving me a bit
nuts. In the am I start the car and it wants to cut out immediately. This
is even with giving a blip of gas to the carbs before starting. I have to
feather the pedal gently gently until it warms up enouh to warm up on its
own. So. I'm trying to figure thi out and thought this might be a problem.
Not to mention that this tit makes it hard to set the gap correctly.
Thinking of going with the ventilated points after all.
