I used a generic Craftsman two armed pulley puller and a large hose clamp. I used the hose clamp to hold the two arms together. They wanted to slip off of the sloped portion of the swingarm. Its easy to do though. Write directly if you want specific directions. i think they were posted in the past? Anyone still have them?
