The ac·ˆv•am tape is very elastic and if you work your way
around the corner slowly, apply the tape while stretching it, it
should lay down easily.  The second backing material will
probably loosen locally around the corner which should not be a
problem unless you were going to wait a long time to apply the
seal after applying the tape.

If it is a REALLY tight corner, I would cut small triangular
wedges out if the inner radius of the tape where it needs to go
aroundthe corner.  This way you have continuous coverage.
