If not, what was the stock/dealer setup? The bottom of the dash changed in 71 so that it is straight across in the late cars. You can use your early bracket in a late car, but not vice versa. The details of your question depend on whether you are asking about the VWoA part (for a Sapphire radio) or a Blaupunkt part.
