If you have the airbox out, make sure that both the long hose up to the dash and the short hose out the bottom of the airbox are clear. You can stick your hand inside and check for leaves, etc. that might block the spigot leading to the hose. That actually goes for both hoses/spigots. Spend the time, get ALL the leaves. It only takes one to float over in the rain and stop up the water flow. There is a fan in your airbox. This is a good time to make sure it is working. If it is frozen, you can turn it by hand until it frees up and then try running it. Water often collects in the airbox once the drain plugs up. This tends to be hard on the fans.
