[T3] Minor list tweak

To all,

	I've made a minor adjustment to the list which limits the maximum
acceptable size of posts.  It's intended mainly to prevent anybody from
posting an entire digest to the list.

	If you find that a reasonably long post gets rejected, please let
me know and I'll make the size limit more tolerant.
