Correct Jim, the interior (dome) light is on the left side near the B-post
(same as LHD).  Some positioning is less satisfactory for RHD (eg battery
on same side as driver on RHD so it doesn't help balance out the weight as
in LHD, and Fastback trunk release on left B-post, which is really
annoying), but the fuel cover release is much easier, as it's by the driver
on the right.  I guess I open that more often than the trunk.

It sounds as if the Fastback trunk light may have changed at some point; my
parts info only goes to '72.
