Its crazy how often crap like that bill actually sneaks by- Near me there is a town called Largo, Florida. You can not: Work on your car outside for more than one day Have an vehicle inoperable for more than 72 hours My grandparents live there- they say its to keep property values up, thats what mechanics are for, etc. Scary, isn't it? Last hurricane blew down a tree- my grandfather got accosted by the code people while cutting it up because he wasn't a liscened tree person, just a man trying to clean up his yard.
