  The original light for the hinge cover comes with a three way switch, hot wired
to the front dome light.  The middle location is no ground, the 2nd is ground to
cover (on), and the third is ground to wire connection (empty!).  The fastback (at
least '66) had a trigger switch built into the hinge area, but not the square.
