1) You'll no doubt hear from the Pertronics(x?) users on the list. I've got a home-built point-switching electronic ignition. Not neat but does the job(lots cheaper). Can put it back to stock configuration in less than 30 secs. if needed. 2)Could be a bunch of things ranging from bearings to axle nut adjustment to upper torsion bar looseness. Does a shimmy accompany the noise? The upper stabilizer\torsion bar seems to be a neglected area on a lot of T3s, Bentley says to check it every 6K miles. If it's loose, it'll give funny noises and shimmies like hell, depending on how loose it is. 3)You'll no doubt have a lot of contrary opinions, but I used Bosch platinums once. I ended up having to change them on a busy street because they'd fouled out and the engine quit. I've never had any problems with the stock, recommended Bosch copper-cored plugs. Why pay lots more for lots less service? The platinums lasted me less than 100 miles, I just changed the礪(- about 3 years.
