I suspect that either the 2nd relay contact in the turn signal relay
which energizes the inside indicator is welded closed, someone has
installed an incorrect relay, or something has been incorrectly
wired.
Has it done this as long as you've owned the car? If so{[F ld be
any of the above. If not, look at what you did to the car when this
started for clues.
