This can have a number of causes, brake lines are only one. Have you tried just bleeding the brakes? If you haven't changed brake fluid in the last couple of years, this might be a good time. You can have a stuck caliper piston, blocked brake line, air in a line, bad wheel alignment, stuck rear wheel cylinder, or a combination. Certainly replacing the lines and fluid won't hurt, but it may not help much. That WAS one of the first things I did when I got my SB. If you've got cracks in the hoses, it's time. It may not be the only problem, though. To check for a stuck piston, jack up the front so the wheels are clear of the ground and spin the tire on each side. If it doesn't run freely, you've found a problem. I've tried rebuilding calipers, didn't have much success. The kit cost half of what a whole new caliper did with pads included and the rebuild didn't last more than a couple of months before it stuck again. I've run these calipers for more than 4 years with no problems, haven't even had to replace pads. If you change the fluid regularly, you won't have a lot of problems besides normal wear. Silicone users may weigh in here. Hope this gives you someplace to start.
