Hey all, Went to the show in Springfield last Sat. Not a T-3 rich environment. There were three there, a really nice black '67 Square, nice body, original paint. A few scratches and dents there and here. Top notch interior, too. he only thing that put me off was the single carb protruding up through the rear deck. Although the little bubble cover was some fine workmanship. The other Square was a well used dark blue 70's model with some HIDEOUS Chevy rally wheels on it. The third and final one was a '72 fasty, yellow faded paint, rust in all the usual places with some ominous looking spots under the left hand side of the QZÀld. Nice rockers, OK interior and a carb conversion. It was an airconditioned model still has all the stuff under the dash but the compressor is missing. it is for sale at $1200 OBO. And being the scatterbrain that I am I misplaced the # ! Maybe it will come out in the pics. Aside from that, busses, bugs, ghias, and sand toys, etc... In the swap area I did see some of those SWF wiperblades that we were talking about awhile ago. $10 each I believe. An outfit called Way Out Salvage from Kingston, AR. carried them. They had a handful of T3 parts in a bin, lights, trim ,door handles, stuff like that. They have a website at http://www.wayoutsalvage.com and an email at Mountnbug@aol.com. Also got a landline if you desire. Brought lots of pictures of the stuff they have. Saw Mr.Dildays '66 beater bus and some really nice T-1 and a really Dark late'60s KG roadster. All in all it was a really good trip. Nice weather, nice people and organized show.
