>Are 12-Volt chokes made for Type 1 Ghias? > Yes. > Do they fit Type 3 Ghias; i.e., a Type 34 Ghia 1500? I need some 12-volt chokes. My carbs were recently converted from 6 to 12-volt. I need chokes to go along with them. Is there such a thing as a 6-volt to 12-volt adapter that can be used in place of 12-volt chokes? > They will only fit one side since the chokes are left/right. You can get a drop-down to run your chokes and cutoff valves (if you have those). My '63 Notch is 12v but has a resistor for the chokes and cutoffs. Available at any electrical supply house?
