First, good job at getting the proper tools and following procedure!  I hope
more people follow your example.

Second, never, ever, go to the dealership for parts unless you have
exhausted all other resources OR you have too much money :)

My guess would be to replace the relays, however, wait for the advice from
the FI experts.
