It's a good test in principal, but be a bit careful touching a disc having just come to a stop. Even working normally, they can get very hot when they stop a ton of car from 60 mph, say. Just feel the wheel or wheel disc (? hub cap in UK) rather than the disc or drum and compare it with the other. Dave.
