[T3] more screw removal


And especially,
	if you use the impact driver to do it. You know, the screwdriver that
you whack to twist the screw.  The other advantage to this technique is
that, if you ralf up the screws a bit in the tightening direction, when
(if) they break loose, they're not messed up in the 'loosen' direction.
