Weber DCNF's are quite readily available in the junkyards over here in the UK with a bit of persistence. They were fitted as standard to the MG version of the Austin Maestro, a total pig of a car. I got my pair for a very reasonable £40, or about $65. The manifolds weren't as easy to get hold of though, $50 for a used pair from Gene Berg.
