I have it, the article is short on pictures, with just one on the engine
exposed, showing not much except the pair of Weber 40DCNF carbs with short
air filters, plus an external oil breather mounted on the top right of the
rear engine compartment tin as looking from the rear of the car. The text
relating to the engine is as follows:-

"The 1500S might have been a fast car in its time, but Paul wanted more from
his back and so decided to go the Type 4 route. Harry Harpic was the man who
put the engine back together and, instead of going all out, it was kept
sensible as some long European journeys were envisaged. It's a stock
two-litre unit which has had the crankshaft and con-rods dynamically
balanced to make it all run more smoothly and a pair of stock 1800cc
cylinder heads fitted. To ensure it all fitted in under the original engine
lid a brace of Weber DCNFs were utilised and fuel is fed to these by a
remote mounted electric fuel pump. Aside from the use of a Bosch 009
distributor, the rest of the engine was left stock but fully cleaned and
detailed. The case and fan shroud have been left unpainted, while all the
tinware was painted in gloss black. The installation is so neatly done,if
you didn't know, you'd think this was a factory fitted engin`ith the
increased torque these engines provide, it must be a dream to drive on the
road."
